Bagging Instructions

  • All ingestible items must be DOUBLE bagged prior to fumigation.
  • This includes all food items in your refrigerator and freezer.
  • All medications must be double bagged as well as all topical ointment medication.
  • Double bag all oral items such as mouthwash and toothpaste. 

Double bag these food items

  • All Food packaged in plastic bags must be bagged or removed.
  • All pet foods must be bagged or removed.
  • All Food packaged in cardboard boxes must be bagged or removed.
  • Spices without their original manufacturer's airtight seal intact must be bagged or removed.
  • Eggs must be bagged or removed
  • Aspirin, vitamins and other similar ingestible medications must be bagged or removed.
  • Re-sealable containers with food such as Tupperware must be bagged or removed.
  • Ice cubes should be discarded before the fumigation and the ice maker turned off.

Food items that DO NOT NEED TO BE BAGGED

  • Unopened plastic bottles with manufacturer's airtight seal intact.
  • Canned products that are not open. Unopened can products have an airtight seal.  



When in doubt take the food item out of the property.
